Help Desk Support

We offer 24/7/365 Help Desk Support services to our clients. When enrolled, your users can simply open a ticket in our on line ticketing portal, call, chat, or email our support team to receive help. There is not a problem that we cannot resolve.

 

How to purchase Help Desk Support...

Help Desk Support can be purchased on a subscription basis as an add on to our Managed IT Services. The fee for Help Desk Support is a flat fee per user and must be purchased on a monthly subscription basis.

What if I am not a Tidelands Group Managed Services client?

​

Support can be purchased at an hourly rate and will require a signed Service Agreement before support can be provided. There is a one-hour minimum charge per ticket. If on-site support is required travel charges of $50 per trip will apply for Orange, Riverside, or Imperial counties will apply. Travel outside of the stated counties, and San Diego county will be quoted separately.
